The fourth edition of the initiative is held in partnership between the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, the National Council for Women, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Ministry of Local Development, the Ministry of Environment, and the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
