Launch of the “Al-Abāqira” (Geniuses) Competition to Qualify Outstanding Students at the University Level
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Lamia Ismail Keshk, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Nursing for Education and Student Affairs at Capital University, the Cultural Committee at the Faculty organized the “Al-Abāqira” competition at the faculty level. This initiative comes as part of the Faculty’s commitment to supporting student activities, enhancing students’ cultural and intellectual awareness, and discovering distinguished talents to qualify them for participation in major competitions at the university level.
The competition witnessed a highly competitive atmosphere. The role of external examiner was undertaken by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Razek, Professor Emeritus at the Faculty of Education, who praised the intelligence and cultural knowledge of the participating students.
The event was organized and supervised in a well-coordinated manner under the follow-up of Dr. Rasha El-Ewaty, Student Activities Coordinator, and Dr. Asmaa Bakr, Head of the Cultural Committee, in cooperation with Ms. Radwa, Director of the Youth Welfare Administration at the Faculty. The competition aims to refine students’ skills across various scientific and literary fields and to prepare a strong team to represent the Faculty of Nursing at Capital University honorably in upcoming cultural events.
