Higher Education Announcement: Call for Nominations for the 2026 UNESCO ICT in Education Prize
Under the patronage of Dr. Abdelaziz Konsowa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Chairman of the Egyptian National Commission for Education, Science and Culture, the Egyptian National Commission for UNESCO announces the opening of nominations for the UNESCO ICT in Education Prize for the year 2026.
This year’s theme is:
“Reimagining Creativity and Critical Thinking Using Artificial Intelligence.”
The prize aims to recognize innovative initiatives and projects that leverage artificial intelligence technologies in education, contributing to the enhancement of creativity and critical thinking, while promoting the responsible use of technology.
📌 Prize Value:
Two winners will be selected, each receiving USD 25,000.

Application form completion: April 25, 2026
Submission of documents to the National Commission: April 26, 2026
