Within the framework of the community awareness role of the Faculty of Nursing, Capital University,
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Afaf Salah Abdelmohsen, Acting Dean of the Faculty,
And the leadership of Prof. Dr. Zeinab Hussein Ali, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, the Pediatric Nursing Department organized an awareness seminar entitled "Creative Play and Physical Activities: The Key to a Child’s Mental and Physical Development" on Sunday, 19/4/2026, with the attendance of faculty members and administrative staff.
The seminar aimed to highlight the importance of creative play and physical activities in supporting children’s overall development, both mentally and physically. It also emphasized their role in enhancing cognitive and motor skills, as well as fostering creative thinking. In addition, the seminar addressed modern approaches to integrating these activities into children’s daily lives to improve their psychological and physical well-being.
