📢 Call for Proposals | 11th Egyptian-Spanish Technological Cooperation Program 🇪🇬🇪🇸

The Science, Technology and Innovation Funding Authority (STDF), in cooperation with the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI), Spain, announces the opening of the 11th Call for Proposals under the Egyptian-Spanish Technological Cooperation Program.

The program aims to strengthen the link between scientific research and industry, encourage Egyptian researchers to translate their research findings and outputs into industrial applications that address industrial challenges, and promote technological cooperation between the two countries in the areas of technological development, innovation, and technology transfer.

The program seeks to generate economic benefits for both countries and enhance competitiveness in the following priority areas:

- Agriculture
- Water Resources Management
- Health
- Construction
- Renewable Energy
- Environment
- Strategic Industries
- Transport
- Tourism and Archaeology

📌 Eligibility Requirements:

Applicants must:

- Hold a PhD degree.
- Be affiliated with an Egyptian research institution.
- Collaborate with an Egyptian industrial partner, such as a company or industrial entity.
- Collaborate with a Spanish industrial partner.

💶 Funding:

Approved projects may receive funding of up to EUR 150,000 for the Egyptian side.
