🚭🌳 I Am Stronger Than Cigarettes.. Our University Is Smoke-Free!
With confident steps toward a better tomorrow, postgraduate preliminary master’s students from the Adult Health Nursing Department at the Faculty of Nursing – Capital University organized a distinguished awareness seminar on “The Harms of Smoking.”
The seminar aimed to raise awareness among students and university staff about the dangers of tobacco use and to encourage making informed decisions toward positive change.
🌱 My Decision Tree: A Step Toward a Healthier Environment
The initiative went beyond theory, as the concept was brought to life through the “My Decision Tree,” making the slogan: “I Am Stronger Than Cigarettes.”
It serves as an invitation for every student and staff member to leave their green footprint and choose health as a lifestyle.
