🔹 What Is Obesity?
Obesity is the abnormal or excessive accumulation of body fat that may negatively affect health.
Body Mass Index (BMI) is commonly used to assess weight status. A person is considered obese when their BMI is 30 kg/m² or higher.

🔸 Excessive consumption of high-calorie foods.
🔸 Physical inactivity.
🔸 Prolonged sitting and sedentary lifestyle.
